Basketball & Cheerleading

The 2026 State Basketball & Cheerleading tournament will be held Saturday, March 14 and Sunday, March 15, in Morgantown.
Athletes will compete in basketball individual skills, team basketball & cheerleading.
- Team basketball will be held at the WVU Rec Center
- Basketball Skills and Cheerleading will take place at Mountaineer Middle School
It’s now time to sign up to volunteer at the 2026 SOWV State Basketball & Cheerleading Tournament!
Volunteers are needed to assist with lunch, awards, and competition. Basketball officials should have experience or be WVSSAC certified.
