SOWV state, regional and county events can proceed with the following protocols:

Current participation packets & certifications (athletes & volunteers) required PRIOR to participation at any practice, event, fundraiser, etc.
Communicable Diseases Waiver required prior to participation for all athletes, coaches, chaperones. (this can be found in the updated Athlete & Volunteer Packets and separately below)
Event Size & Venue per local authority regulations.
No on-site screening required.
Masks recommended.
Spectators allowed and must remain in stands, and off fields of play.
